The Gilded Porch

“What do y’all eat?" It wasn’t until I traveled and had a bunch of those get-to-know-you conversations that I found out “what do y’all eat?” isn’t at the top of everyone else’s get-to-know-you lists. I’d get answers, of course. Every place has a dish that feels like home, but in Louisiana, our dishes are the heart of home. After they’d tell me their local favorites, I could feel this unrivaled rise of excitement to tell them ours… red beans and rice, étouffée, boiled crawfish, jambalaya, gumbo, po’boys, muffulettas, and by the end, I probably sounded like a paid Louisiana food hype person. Most of my family moved to Texas and brought all the recipes for those dishes with them, but one they always make a special stop for on the way home is boudin. We all know a spot that has “the best.” We all know it’s worth the trip to go get it. It goes with breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and we don’t know a tailgate day without it. This little boudin link cuff is a quirky way to wear one of our favorite foods that feels like home.
The SMALL cuff fits up to a 6.75" wrist, while the MEDIUM cuff fits up to a 7.5" wrist.
MIMOSA bracelets are slightly adjustable. The first time you put your new bracelet on, adjust it one time to a size that slips on and off comfortably.
Our jewelry is solid cast metal, so repeated adjusting can cause it to break!
Made by hand in our South Louisiana studio.
Each piece varies slightly due to its handmade nature.
